On Sunday, March 16, 2013 the Inns of Lake Country are offering a St. Patrick’s overnight celebration. The guests will join together on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m., at Delafield’s Reveres Well Street Tavern for St. Patrick’s Day dancing, fun and food. Join in the two (2) hours of Ceili dance instruction with the music from the band. ‘Tis, followed by a dinner buffet with beverages and traditional Irish beer all fit for any bloke or lass. “After all, isn’t everyone Irish on St. Patrick’s Day” says Jim Aldinger, General Manager of Reveres.
The fun experience continues with a night at any of the 3 inns, Inn at Pine Terrace or Pleasant Street Bed & Breakfast in Oconomowoc, and Pedal’rs Inn in Wales. Ingredients
2 tablespoons EVO
2 gloves of fresh minced garlic
4 cups grape tomatoes tomatoes halved
2 cups thinly sliced small zucchini
8 cups dry Italian bread cubes
3 cups shredded low fat Swiss cheese
*Dip*1/4 c of caramel dipping sauce1/4 c of Greek yogurt1/2 tsp of cinnamon1 tsp of vanillaCombine caramel sauce, yogurt, cinnamon & vanilla in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
