Cancellation Policy

Cancellations affect our small family owned business.  In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, it is our policy that you to take full responsibility for the entire reservation including enhancement/packages, regardless of the reason. If the room(s) are rebooked for the entirety, a refund less a $25.00 service charge per room/per night will be made. If done prior to 14  days, the service charge will apply. Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made by telephone and verbally acknowledged.

We empathize with your situations, and understand that cancellations may be beyond your control.  For this reason we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for your peace of mind.  Travel insurance for a minimal fee is available through iTravelInsured.

Gift Certificates will not be issued in lieu of last minute cancellations.

A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room/multiple night bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
