This fabulous French toast is a loved dish by our guests. It's a great compliment when they ask for the recipe. Love the thought of them replicating their experience when they return home.
6 eggs
2/3 cup of Orange Juice
1/3 cup of orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Orange Vodka)
1/3 cup of half & half
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp of finely grated orange zest
12 1/2" slices 
1/2 pint of fresh blueberries, washed & stemmed
4 Tablespoons of sour cream
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
Divide blueberries into 4 individual ramekins. In separate small bowl, mix sour cream and vanilla. Place a tablespoon dollop of sour cream mixture over each ramekin of blueberries. On top, place 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar and lightly pat into sour cream.

4 Egg Whites (or 2 entire eggs)1/3 C Cottage Cheese1/2 Small Onion diced1/2 Bell Pepper diced (Green, Red and/or Yellow)1/2 C frozen hash browns (optional)2 breakfast sausage links (pre-cooked and frozen) 1 fresh tomato Shredded Cheese (whatever you like)
Instructions
Combine egg whites and cottage cheese and blend well with a blender. Set aside.
In a frying
