A Festive Beginning to the Christmas Season in the Village of Wales

On Saturday, December 20, 2011, from 11:00 am-2:00 pm the community of Wales in Waukesha County welcomes children & their parents to a free Christmas event sponsored by our Wales Area Businesses. The Historic Village Center will have 7 festive stops in the village. Santa's 11:00 a.m. arrival at the Village Hall kicks off our Christmas in Wales. Visit with Santa and have your photo taken. Then off to Back to Bread Bakery for cookie decorating, yummy hot cocoa awaits with performances by Music Dynamics at Genesee Fireplace then stop at BR Custom Woodcraft to create your own collectible wooden toy. Ride the horsedrawn carriage through the Village and stop at Pedal'rs Inn where the beautiful Snow Angel awaits to visit with you. Donations to the Snow Angel benefit the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation. Next stop, create your own Christmas project at Jerusalem Presbyterian Church. Parents will find wonderful cookies for sale and all profits go to the KM Food Pantry. Don't stop there, enjoy the lunch with free will donation as well. Complete your visit with Studio Amor with face painting & pinata for fun. FUN, FUN, FUN for all!
