About Your Host
Come on inn! And what better way to feel more comfortable than to know your host, Dee (Denise) Nierzwicki. Growing up in a family with ten siblings, Dee learned much from her mother. Hosting large family celebrations, she watched her mother and participated in the grand preparations. Her father was a do-it-yourselfer, building and maintaining their family home while earning his living in contract management. Unaware of God's plan, these skills would soon be her tools for success.

Dee began her inn-schooling with careers in hotel catering management, elementary education earning a degree from UW-Whitewater, window treatment designing & sewing, and event decorating for local & national charities. She enjoys being around people in recreation, worship and work.

In 1989, she married Richard, a wonderful man born and raised in the Chicago area. Together they value the sanctity of family and are raising two beautiful children, Stephen and Alyse along with their newest extended family memeber, Jiang. Jiang is an international student from China who has become an integral part of the family life.  

With patience and prayer, her desire to share her life with others was answered. Dee's energy, persistence, and "can do" attitude has paid off in the beauty that will surround you at your stay. From the landscaping and painted lady exterior to the impressive details on the interior, you will experience the results of her painting, stenciling, carpentry, gardening, designing and entertaining; done all with her guests in mind. Dee and her family welcome you and extend their home with the hopes you will find their fine accommodations, wonderful food, and treasured fellowship a gift to pass on in spirit.
